1. Agreement

These Website and Early Access Terms ("Terms") govern your use of tencrm.app, the Ten CRM interactive preview, the launch waitlist, and related pre-launch communications operated by TEN LLC ("Ten CRM," "we," "us," or "our"). By using those services or submitting the waitlist form, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Pre-launch status

Ten CRM is in development, is not yet generally available as a paid production service, and is currently targeting a Q1 2027 launch window. That window is a planning target, not a guaranteed release date. Screenshots, feature descriptions, preview behavior, launch timing, pricing targets, limits, integrations, and roadmap items may change before launch. Joining the waitlist does not create a paid subscription, guarantee a particular launch date, or require you to purchase Ten CRM.

3. Eligibility and business use

The site and preview are intended for business and professional use. If you use Ten CRM on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization with respect to your use of the site and waitlist.

4. Launch spots and free trial

Ten CRM currently plans to limit the first launch wave to 500 workspaces. A waitlist submission may reserve a launch spot, but Ten CRM may remove duplicate, fraudulent, abusive, automated, or invalid registrations. The current plan is to offer pre-launch signups a 48-hour free trial beginning when the workspace is activated, without requiring a card to reserve a spot.

The current launch pricing target is $10 per workspace per month. Standard launch workspaces are currently planned to support up to 100 active users at that workspace price; teams above 100 may be asked to contact Ten CRM so rollout, support, and technical fit can be confirmed. This is a launch support boundary, not a separate per-seat pricing tier. The current launch plan also includes 25 GB of Ten-hosted document storage per workspace and a 50 MB direct-upload limit per file. Provider-hosted email attachments and linked cloud files do not count against that storage unless the customer elects to save a permanent copy into Ten Documents. Other technical ceilings, included features, taxes, billing terms, cancellation terms, and eligibility restrictions will be disclosed before Ten CRM accepts payment.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the site, preview, forms, or APIs to:

  • access or attempt to access systems, accounts, or data you are not authorized to use;
  • bypass rate limits, anti-abuse systems, authentication, or other security controls;
  • introduce malware, exploit code, or content designed to disrupt the service;
  • overload, scrape, crawl, or automate requests in a manner that interferes with normal operation;
  • impersonate another person or submit materially false registration information;
  • violate applicable law or the rights of others; or
  • use the public preview for confidential, regulated, production, or sensitive business data.

6. Interactive product preview

The preview uses fictional sample data and is intended to demonstrate proposed design and behavior. It is not a production workspace, does not provide a security guarantee for the future production service, and may store edits only in your browser. Preview data may reset at any time.

7. Communications

By joining the launch list, you authorize Ten CRM to send launch, early-access, product-update, and related messages to the email address you provide. You can unsubscribe from non-essential messages through an available unsubscribe mechanism or by contacting hello@tencrm.app. We may still send security, support, account, or legally required communications when applicable.

8. Your information and future customer data

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. You retain rights you have in information you submit. The future paid-service terms will address customer CRM content, exports, deletion, account administration, data processing, retention, and service-specific responsibilities before those terms apply to a paid workspace.

9. Third-party services and integrations

The site and future product may depend on third-party infrastructure or customer-enabled integrations. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change independently of Ten CRM. Enabling an integration may authorize Ten CRM and the provider to exchange the data necessary to perform the requested integration.

10. Documents, attachments, and connected files

The production service is planned to support Ten-hosted documents as well as references to files retained by connected email and cloud-storage providers. A provider-hosted file may become unavailable in Ten CRM if the source message or file is deleted, the integration is disconnected, the provider changes its API, or the customer's permissions no longer allow access.

When a customer chooses to save a permanent copy into Ten Documents, that copy is intended to count against the workspace's Ten-hosted document allowance. Ten CRM may generate temporary or lightweight previews and may use safe deduplication or optimization techniques, but the service should not silently rewrite a customer's source document merely to reduce storage.

11. Intellectual property

TEN LLC and its licensors retain their rights in the Ten CRM name, branding, website, software, preview, designs, documentation, code, and other materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Ten CRM intellectual property to you. You may not copy or use Ten CRM branding in a manner that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or source confusion without permission.

11. Feedback

If you voluntarily send Ten CRM an idea, feature request, bug report, workflow suggestion, or other feedback, you grant Ten CRM permission to use that feedback to evaluate, improve, and develop Ten CRM products without an obligation to compensate you. You retain ownership of materials you already owned before providing the feedback.

12. Changes to the product or these Terms

Because Ten CRM is pre-launch, we may change the site, preview, roadmap, launch capacity, or planned product. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the date above. Paid-service subscription terms will be separately presented before they govern a paid account.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the pre-launch website, waitlist, and preview are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. Nothing on the pre-launch site is a promise that every proposed feature will ship exactly as displayed.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TEN LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the pre-launch website, waitlist, communications, or interactive preview. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

15. Governing law and general terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any dispute concerning these pre-launch Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of state or federal courts in Colorado, unless applicable law provides another required forum.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any incorporated notices, are the agreement governing the pre-launch services described here.
